We do supply Free Hot Food Hot Drinks and Cake after the event this is only for riders that are officially registered in the event.


Torelli-Brother Women`s Team ride the Tour de Yorkshire next week




Welcome to our latest sportive Malpas 100. Two routes designed by our experienced local club cyclist 100 miles and 100 kilometres across the rolling Cheshire plains.


Starting in Poynton both routes take you past the Iconic Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope, down past Middlewich to the village of Malpas a mecca for Manchester based cyclists.

Head Quarters 
Are at the Poynton Parish Hall which is situated in the middle of Poynton just behind the Waitrose Supermarket


You do not need to be in a cycling club to enter the event. You just need to be fit enough to get round. We have two routes to suit all abilities. Have road worthy bicycle (road, hybrid or mountain bike) and a helmet.
 
We have support vehicles around the course with friendly event crew who are there to help.

Riders are set off in small groups, your number is scanned at the start and at the finish, times are published on the website on the Tuesday following the event

Under 16's free when accompanied by an adult. You do need to fill in an entry form and sign on at registration

We do accept entries on the day if there are places available. All we ask is that you turn up early to fill in an  entry form and download a route map which you can on the website to help us get you through registration.

Registration opens at 7.30am closes at 8.30am

Event Starts at 8.30 am


REGISTRATION

In registration for riders who have entered online you have already signed on so it's just a matter of picking up your number, there is nothing to sign. We will publish the start sheet a few days before the event. It will speed registration up if you check your number before hand.

Make sure you have downloaded and printed off your route maps.



RIDERS BRIEFING

A riders briefing will be published on the website prior to the event. It will also be emailed out to riders after entries have closed.




REFUNDS



As with most sportive we do not do refunds not unlike other sportives we do allow you to transfer your entry but it must be done before the online entries close which is usually the Thursday before the event

FEEDING STATIONS 


Once again we will have HIGH 5 products Energy Gels and Sports Drinks at our feeding stations along with the old favourites Bananas, Flap Jacks and Fresh Drinking Water.


 
SIGNAGE

We use a Black Arrow on a Florescent Yellow background to sign the route. We also mark the roads with a Yellow arrow using temporary spray. The Route signs are put out just before the events and are checked on the morning of the event. We also have a vehicle that proceeds the riders making sure the signs are still in place.


Torelli-Brother International Women`s Team



We organise these events to raise money for our women`s race team Torelli-Brother. 
They are one of the leading teams in the country and ride all the big televised events including the Tour de Yorkshire, OVO Energy Tour Series, Revolution Track Series, Ras na mBan Tour of Ireland. They also race abroad in top UCI Races including the Setmana Ciclista Valenciana, Healthy Ageing Toour of the Netherlands, La Classique Morbihan and the Grand Prix de Plumelec France, Tour ta Malta, Omloop van de Westhoek Belgium, Omloop van de Borsele Netherlands.
